When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-orders typically ship within 5-6 weeks. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Will I receive updates while I wait?
Yes. We’ll keep you informed if there are any updates or changes during the production process on our social media.

Do you accept returns on pre-orders?
Because pre-orders are made specifically for you, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
What if there’s an issue with my order?
