Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, no questions asked. To exercise this right, contact us at thestrivemvmt@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Preorder Orders Please note that all current orders are preorders. Your jeans are made to order and will be shipped within  days from the date of purchase. If we are unable to fulfill your order within this timeframe, you will be notified immediately and offered a full refund.

Returns Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at thestrivemvmt@gmail.com with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
